1. Parking along the roads

a. Parking along the road should not exceed 2 hours.

Road parking that will exceed 2 hours will be charged Php 150.00 per offense.
 

b. No overnight parking along the road within the subdivision is allowed.

Overnight parking will be charged Php 500.00 per offense
 

c. Exception, for units with ongoing construction/ restoration/ renovation.

For celebration/parties held at home; maximum, up to 11PM and should not exceed 4 hours.

2. Parking to another property

a. Parking vehicles to another homeowner properties are not allowed without signed consent from the homeowners.

Concerned vecino must provide a signed copy of the consent or send an email to Almiya HOA.

3. Clubhouse parking area

a. Visitors/Guests attending an occasion, are advised to park their vehicles at the Clubhouse, NOT at the Basketball Court.

b. Clubhouse parking is on a first come first served basis, at Php 30.00 for the first four hour, and an additional Ph 10.00 per succeeding hour.

c. Parking is not allowed in any place not specifically striped or marked for parking.

d. Lack of available parking space in the parking area is not a valid excuse for violating parking regulations.

e. Parking at the Basketball Court, for both 4-wheel vehicles and motorcycle, is prohibited. Unless with consent from the admin office. A fine of Php 150.00 will be charged to violators.

f. The Almiya HOA, its BODs/Officers and Security personnel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any article, vehicle accessory, or of the vehicle itself while parked at the Clubhouse Parking Area.
