Welcome to the website of the Almiya Homeowners Association Inc. (AHAI)   
 

The creation of this website is to bridge the gap of communication between HOA and our vecinos. Digital transformation of our processes will help information to be accessible, which in turn encourages transparency, facilitates good governance, and fosters community participation.  This website offers lots of advantages for our Association - from disseminating news, storing records, keeping track of local rules and ordinances, or simply ensuring that all the members are in the loop about the goings on in our subdivision. And will continue to evolve based on the feedback of our vecinos.
 

We are mindful that this site abides by the purpose of the AHAI, as spelled out in our By-Laws.  Thus, the topics here are focused only on facilitating the delivery of adequate social services and economic advantage for the Association, and on improving the quality of life of our members.
